This 40-year-old woman wanted to alter her abdomen and breasts at the same time. We performed a Vaser® lipoabdominoplasty removing 1250 cc of fat. Her excess abdominal tissue weighed 1224 gm. Bilateral breast reduction was performed at the same operation removing 886 gm of tissue. Her post-operative course was uneventful. She is very pleased with the way she looks.
