This 57-year-old female came to us wanting an abdominoplasty. We felt that she would not benefit from a plication and that her epigastric skin was not too loose. She was a good candidate for Vaser® liposuction and mini-abdominoplasty. We removed 2300 cc of fat from the abdomen and sides of the waist alone. The tissue removed weighed 468 gm.
