This 65 year old really wanted to change the appearane of her abdomen and flanks. We planned an extensive operation but were fully prepared. We performed Vaser liposuction of the abdomen and flanks with a simultaneous mini abdominoplasty without plication. 4275 cc were removed. The patient had an uneventful recovery.
