This 15 year old man came to us with unresolving gynecomastia at the request of his pediatrician. We used a combination of Vaser liposuction and direct glandular resection to produce a normal chest contour. 150 cc of fat was removed as well as 30 gm of benign tissue from the right and 64 gm of benign tissue from the left.
