This 27 year old woman noticed that her breasts were asymmetric, she wanted improvement. We used Allergan implants in biplanar positions: 15-492 with a periareolar incision on the right; 15-421 with a vertical mastopexy on the left. Complex Breast Augmentation performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Hinsdale.
