This septuagenatrian patient presented to me with concerns about her breasts. They got in the way of her many activities as well as created back pain. We performed liposuction of the back and abdomen. We also performed a bilateral breast reduction. We removed 570 grams from the right breast and 670 from the left. She was back to running in six weeks. The scars on the abdomen was from a prior injury.
