This patient presented to me with symptoms of breast hypertrophy. She wished a breast reduction. We performed a breast reduction using an inferior-central pedicle and an anchor shin excision pattern. We removed 988 grams from the left breat and 972 grams from the right. Her recovery was uneventful and she was pleased with the result.
