6 Month Post-Op Breast Reduction Patient #23395

This woman presented with a history of trying liposuction to reduce the size of her breasts by another surgeon. She was not pleased. I recommended a breast reduction with an anchor technique, leaving the blood supply to the nipple based on a central and inferior pedicle. We removed 280 grams from the right breast and 395 grams from the left breast. She was pleased.
