This woman came to me with asymmetric large breasts. She wanted to look better and more athletic. We found that there was about a 70 gram difference between the volumes of her breasts with the use of three dimensional photographic simulation. This was verified in surgery as we removed 192 grams from the right breast and 268 grams from the left using a superior pedicle technique. She was pleased with the outcome as evidenced by her tan lines.
