6 Month Post-Op Breast Lift Patient #23733

This woman experirnced breast involution with weight loss. I recommended a breast lift at the ame time as her augmentation She chose her implant volume with sizers. She also wanted to use saline implants which would allow us to correct her mild asymmetry with differential fill of her implants. We performed a biplanar subpectoral breast augmenation with Allergan Natrelle implants style 68-360, The right breast implant was filled to 360 cc and the left implant was filled to 390 cc. We then performed a vertical mastopexy to complete the surgey. She was pleased with the outcome.
