This 34 year old wanted a breast augmentation. She had very asymmetric breasts. We performed periareolar breast augmentation; We used Allergan 15-371 cc periareolar on the right; Allergan 15-286 cc on the left with a vertical mastopexy in a single operation. Breast Lift performed by board-certified plastic surgeon Peter D. Geldner, MD, with offices in Chicago and Hinsdale.
