This woman wanted to increase and restore the size of her breasts. She had mild asymmetry. She chose the sized of her breast augmentation with sizers. We used the Vectra three dimensional photographic system to pick her implants. We placed Mentor smooth round moderate plus implants, 425cc to the left and 450cc to the right through a periareolar approach with biplanar placement.
