This 33-year-old wanted a breast augmentation.  Her anatomy presented some limitations.  We needed a broad implant to compensate for her low and broad breasts.  She chose her size and incision.  We performed a transaxillary subpectoral endoscopic placement of Allergan gel implants 10-550.
