This young woman came to me asking for a breast augmentation. Sizing was performed with breast sizers and confirmed with Vectra three dimensional photographic simulation. She wanted a substancial increase in size, so in light of her chest width , we chose Allergan Natrelle Inspira breast implants SSM-560. I used a periareolar incision to allow better lower pole control. She was very happy.
