Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation with Concentric Mastopexy 350cc

Before
Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation with Concentric Mastopexy 350cc

After
Biplanar Subpectoral Breast Augmentation with Concentric Mastopexy 350cc

This patient came to me requesting a breast augmentation. Her chosen volume, based on implant sizers and confirmed with Axis 3 three dimensional photographic simulation was about 370cc. It was however obvious that she would benefit from a mastopexy. She was adverse to scarring and we chose a concentric mastopexy as the best solution to meet her desires. We used a periareolar incision to create a biplanar subpectoral space and used an Allegan Natrelle atyle 15-371 gel implant. We completed the procedure with a concentric mastopexy. She was extremely pleased with the outcome.
