This woman experienced involution of her breasts following pregnancy. She wanted to be larger. We chose her size utilizing sizers and verified this with Vectra three dimensional photographic simulation. In the operating room, we utilized an inframammary incision to place Allergan Natrelle SSF-520 in biplanar subpectoral position. The recovery was uneventful and she is pleased with the outcome.
