This patient lost breast volume in the past she wanted to restore her volume as well as improve her breast shape. She exhibited grade three ptosis. She chose her implant size with the use of sizers and we confirmed the plan with the Vectra three dimensional photographic system. She underwnt a vertical breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle implants placed in a biplanar subpectoral location. We used SSM-210 implants.
