This woman wants to increase the size of her breasts. We chose the approximate implant size with the use of sizers and refined our choice with Vectra photographic simulation. We used an inframammary incision for biplanar subpectoral implant placement with Allergan Natrelle Aspira implants SRF-385. She is pleased with the outcome.
