This patient came to me wanting a tight abdomen. Her muscle tone was exceptional and she did not wan to deal with the limitations of an abdominal plication. She wanted to work out very quickly so I recommended a skin only abdominoplasty. This was performed in conjunction with breast surgery. Her recovery was quick and she was pleased with the outcome.
