Secondary Abdominoplasty with Vaser liposuction #23245

This gentleman came to me after having an abdominoplasty by another surgeon. He experienced some weight fluctuation, but the scar caused tethering of his abdominal skin which troubled him. I explained that there was only so much that I could do, but the goal was to create a smoother contour and remove some of his excess fat. We performed Vaser® Liposuction for men removing 1750 cc of liposylate of which 1200 cc was pure fat. We removed and rearranged his abdominal skin removing an additional 225 grams of tissue. He was satisfied with the improvement.
