This gentleman has a history of losing weight on his own. He couldn't, however, tighten the skin of his abdomen. He had some additional fat which was diet resistant. We performed a Vaser® lipoabdominoplasty removing fat and extra skin; about 600 cc of pure fat and about 350 gm of soft tissue. He recovered well and is very satisfied with the outcome.
