This 32 year old presented with a most unusual problem. She had substantial breast hypertrophy following the birth of her children. The right breast grew much larger than her left. We excluded important pathology and proceeded with breast reduction. I kept her nipples on inferior pedicles which allowed me to avoid free nipple grafts. The pattern was an anchor lift, and we tried to match her breasts to her general size. The right breast gave up 3120 gm (nearly 7 pounds) and the left 818 gm. The pathology showed only benign breast conditions.
